sir my pc spe is smps is Anttec 650 watt. cpu is i7 4790k.ram is 16gb.mobo is asus z97 A. please suggest me mini gpu for 4k gaming mu budget is Rs. 30000 to 35000.please suggest me which consume less power.

Rs.30k to Rs.35k will get you a gtx1060 or Rx580, neither of which will be strong enough at 4k.

For 4k gaming you at least need a 1080 even a 1080ti preferably for high quality settings.

However, if you want to play on low to medium setting, get a zotack 1060 GB AMP for around INR 25000 on amazon.in. 1070 starts at around 35k which suits your budget however, you PSU is not great for either a 1060 or a 1070, let alone 1080. Please get a quality seasonic M12ii 520 to be able to use your system efficiently and without fires.
