Most burning question is: PSU make and model (or part number) is? Also, how old the PSU is, and was the PSU bought new or used/refurbished?

Since PSU defines which GPU you can go for, and not the CPU or RAM or SSD or MoBo.

Hi, sorry i should have mentionned that nothing is bought yet, but i just saw the release for the R7 will be on 06/04/23 so I don't know if it's really worth it to stay patient, Intel is appealing, I would like to do a sustainable build.

If you have money, go with RTX 4090 and 1600W PSU to power it. E.g with any of these 1600W "kings",

RTX 4090 is best GPU out there and great choice if you have money for it and for 1.6kW PSU as well.

With the exception of a few games (ie: Hogwarts legacy), you'll be GPU limited before you are CPU limited when running 1440p and 4k. Since you want the best of the best you'll want the 4090. But you'll also need the power supply to back that up. Start with a rock solid A tier 850watt. But 1000w would be better if you overclock.
