I'm currently building a new computer for use as a workstation and for general multimedia and entertainment.

I'll be doing no gaming, but looking for something that will support dual monitors at 2560x1600 so I'm not looking to spend too much on it.

I've spent heavy on the rest of the machine and have an NZXT H440 with a viewing panel so I'd like something that is going to look good and fit with the red and black theme.

If you're looking for something with heat management, then I'd recommend the:
GTX 960 or the GTX 750 Ti

Although both can be used for 1080p gaming at good FPSs you should be able to just watch or entertain yourself with there without any problems. Both are cool cards especially when not under stress. It'd recommend the 750 Ti if you're not doing all that much.
