tell me any Gpu by which i can get playable fps in gta v on intel pentium dual core e5800. and which will not be bottlenecked by the cpu

Your CPU is under the requirements for GTA V, you also need to list full system specs, including power supply brand and model and case size/brand/model.

You would want 8 GB of RAM and for that older CPU you should get an older video cars as newer ones are not likely to work with the motherboard. nVidia 730 GDDR5 should be OK, depending on your power supply.
