what gpu do you seggust sir ?Yes, it should work as long as you have at least a 400W PSU with 2x6-pins.
But the 9800 GT is a pretty old and weak card for today's games. And with its tiny (512MB?) VRAM, it won't play any but the oldest and simplest games.
Since your system RAM is so small, too much VRAM would eat up system RAM for its buffer. And the old slow dual core Pentium is pretty weak. A gfx card with 2GB of VRAM would be a decent compromise. Maybe the GT 1030what gpu do you seggust sir ?

The 9800 GT requires auxiliary power besides what it gets from the PCIe x16 slot. They have a header that require one, sometimes two, 6-pin PCIe power connectors which come from the PSU (if so equipped).hi
what did u mean by 6 pins
can u check here if my motherboard has them

so u segusting changing cpu also to get better performance from gt 1030 or gt9800 ?Off-topic, but the e5300 is not fit for general-use in 2019. I assure you that it will drop 20% of the frames from Youtube video at 1080p.
This comment comes from real-world testing. I had tested e3300, athlon 6400+, and e8400 which are on the same period or performance of your cpu.
I found that the minimum usable processors for Intel are the wolfdale cpus. The E8600 is only $15, and has the same tdp as the e5300 so you will not have to change your cpu cooler.
The best cpu for your motherboard is the q9505, but that may require a new cpu cooler as well since this is a 95w tdp cpu.
yeah i know that motherboard is 2009Again, be careful when buying the q9505. This is a hotter cpu due to the TDP, so your cpu cooler may not be able to handle it.
Also, just to confirm, I hope you understand that the 9800 GT is a 10 year old card. It is period-correct and will be an ok match for your system, but do not expect to do anything with any graphics instensive games past probably 2013.
