GPU for HP Compaq Elite 8100 SSF

Hi!

I have an old HP Compaq Elite 8100 SSF computer with a power supply with 240W. The motherbord has a limit of 35W for the 16pin PCI express port. The stock gpu has a DMS59 out port, and I'm looking for a card that has HDMI and that fits in the computer. Does anyone know what the best graphics card I can put in the machine is?

pretty much all you could do is put a very minimal card in there like a gt 730 or r7 240, either one will be very minimal performance.
