Hello, i am looking for a GPU That will do well with a Intel Xeon X5687


I am looking to get something second-hand and i have a budget of about 100 Euro

You aren't likely to find a GPU that will stress that for e100. Just get the best one you can find using the GPU Hierarchy chart.
That should support 3 channel RAM. So if you don't have it already 3x4GB DDR3 1333 should work with a GTX1060 6GB. I would spend a little more to get one if you have to. But you may find something older that performs better if you shop hard enough. But it may require a PSU upgrade to run it, so consider that also.
