Question GPU for low end Flight Simulator

It's time to teach my kids how to build a computer. The last desktop I built when Fallout 4 was coming out is ready to kick the bucket and my older son really wants to play Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Ideally looking for an AMD card that will run the game decently on a 1080 screen with a Ryzen 5 CPU, not sure which specific model yet, preferably on high-end. Planning on 16gb RAM and an EVGA 750w PSU.

I not the best person to help with this but I do have this to say flight sim 2020 would be best even if running at min specs is to have 32gb ram
