GPU for Msi z97s krait

I've heard good and bad things about this board but all I really care for is the aesthetics as long as the board functions. My system will have an h440, my i7, corsair h100 and I currently have an Msi gtx 660ti power edition. The biggest problem with this board is that some gpus don't seem to fit. I plan on sticking to my 660ti until March when I get a 970. I want to get the galaxy gtx 970 hall of fame to match my white and black build but I'm not sure if it will fit. Does anyone know if my 660ti and my future gpu upgrade will fit in this mobo? If not, would the reference 970 work? Thanks

Would fit,for sure.That board have pcie3.0 16x slot ,would support GTX970.
