Hello guys, i just happened to dust-off my old rig and it currently has this specs.

Processor: Intel Pentium G620
RAM: 4gb RAM
Motherboard: Asrock LGA 1155
PSU: Corsair VS450

What Graphics Card should i get? My friend has a gtx 560, would that be a good choice? Will only be using this rig for games like Dota 2, Paladins, NBA 2k14.

@CorsairSSC @das_stig - I don't have that much budget to go for a GTX 1050 or higher. My only choices are second-hand GTX 560, HD 6850. What would be good between those two? I know their an old card but can it suffice my needs? Not really a graphics guy, as long as i can play it in low, i'm fine with it.

I'd recommend trying to get a newer card, the RX 550 or upcoming GTX 1030 would be perfect for this. But if it;s strictly between those 2 cards, the GTX 560 is stronger judging from benchmarks years back but i'm unsure whether the HD 6850 would have gained a little more since then since AMD has more reliable support for older cards such as those under their FineWine plan. What prices are the cards?

You might need to upgrade your CPU first... it is very weak and will limit your fps - regardless of what GPU you have or the graphics settings.

There are a few benchmarks out for the GT 1030. It requires a 300W PSU and performance is somewhere between the GTX 750 and 750Ti. So not bad for the money. At the moment, it is even cheaper than the RX 550.

What is your upgrade budget?

In your situation I would:

upgrade CPU; minimum upgrade to i3-2100.
upgrade RAM to at least 8 GB total.
purchase a GPU; no less than RX 560/460

used CPU prices on Ebay that are supported by your current motherboard:

i3-2100 $20 - $25
i5-2500k $50 - $60
i5-3570k $65 - $85

* According to cpu benchmarks, a i5-3570k is equivalent to a kaby lake i5-7400 and the i5-2500k isn't far behind.

You should not be buying any new GPU in 2017 that has less than 4 GB of VRAM. The 560 can be purchased for $100 USD, and the 460 for $80.

@rcald_2000 - Only have Php. 2,500 as my budget. If i have the money, i would've gotten myself a g4560 budget build. I can only go with a GPU upgrade, since the GPU that comes of with my old rigs not booting (HD 6570).
