gpu for rig gtx 950 MSI gaming or r9 380 ARMOR

Hello i need help with gpu for new rig i've just byu btw english isn't my mother language so forgive me for possible mistakes.

mobo - asus m5a78lm-lx3
cpu - fx4330 4.4ghz 1.275vid(voltage level as turbocore has) (same as fx4300 with 8mb l3 cache)
psu - aerocool strike-x army edition 600w bronze
ram - 2x4 kingston xyperx savage 1600mhz cl9
For gpu i'd like to buy 2gb card that can hande 1440x900 gaming and also will suit this rig well.
So here's the question does r9 380 cost her 15-20$ over the 950? Also if it does then should i buy the red one with possible bottleneck because of cpu or shoul i stick with green?


p.s. I know that overlocking with such poor mobo is't very good idea but if 1.275v is turbo core value then it must be safe to run with this voltage when oced right?

The 380 will be about 25-30% faster than the 950. Worth the 20 dollars.
I recommend the red one because it runs cooler and quieter.

That voltage should work, just take it slow.

It would be 25% faster than the 950, so you will get 25% better performance with your system.
