So I've spend a few days trying to figure out what gpu should I buy. Conclusions - I have no idea. Thought gonna ask here.
My current pc:
  • AMD Ryzen 5 2600 AM4
  • MSI B450 TOMAHAWK AM4
  • Seasonic FOCUS Plus Gold 550
  • SilentiumPC Regnum RG4TF
Currently I have Sapphire nitro RX 580 4gb, and I want to buy something stronger. I've been reading about RTX 2060, RTX 2060 Super, RTX 2070, 5700 XT etc. Then someone said my CPU is not good enough for such a good cards and it will/may bottleneck a lot. So I found another 2 cards which im considering most now:
  • Sapphire Pulse 5600 XT 6 gb - (1469 pln)
  • MSI Gaming X 5700 8 gb (1637 pln)
1 euro is like 4,50 pln in Poland right now.
I preffer my gpu to be quiet, so this is why im not into cheaper models in 5700 XT/2060S/2070 and the better ones are kinda over my budget. I mean I just dont want to spend to much. Im playing 1080p.
Any help what should I take?

Edit I may think about better CPU next year, but with current MOBO if possible.

Solution
Your CPU is fine, for any of those graphics cards. The RTX 2060s would be a good choice, for 1080p gaming, without being hugely overkill, now, and give you some headroom, for more demanding titles, down the road.

For 1080P/144hz I'd go with the RX 5600 (XT) or RX 5700 or Nvidia equals, depends on your preference.
You think the 5600 XT with 6gb vram will be enough for next 2 years? The vram thing is what bothers me the most. 35 euro more for 5700 with 8gb vram while the performance is actually the same in tests. Don't know about Nvidia equals, 1660 models are weaker and 2060 are more expensive than the Radeons.

I don't think it's going to be much of a issue but it depends on future requirements. I will say though that I owned a RX 580 4gb and was gaming at 2560x1080P at around medium to high settings on newer AAA games (Division 2/AC: Odyssey) and the usage was around 3.5gb so I really don't think 6gb is going to be a problem.

Ok, so last question here.
Should I take Sapphire Pulse or MSI Gaming X. Talking about 5600 XT. MSI one is 10 euro more expensive, so it doesn't matter. The quieter is the better to me. I can also buy mentioned RX 5700 mentioned above. The quieter the better for me. Which card to choose?
Wouldn't ask but I can't find 5600 XT noise comparisions.

Ok so I ended up with MSI Gaming X version.
Question about the bios update thing. Does MSI also offers boosting clocks via bios update?
Can't find any links.
My current clocks:
https://ibb.co/d2TTVNx
All the reviews shows that it should be 1750 mhz in boost, while mine is lower.
Is this supposed to be like that or do I need to update something?
Been looking in the Dragon Center, but I see nothing there.
