I have doubts about these two gpu and I don't have much choice. It is for a second computer, which would only have the task of coding what it receives from the other computer via ndi. (for stream). I usually transmit in 1080p 60fps all the time.

The pc 1 (where everything runs) has a gtx1080, and the pc 2 will be the one with this 1600 ti amp of zotac or a msi 5600 xt mech oc, both of 6gb.
I only had one experience with zotac years ago (a gtx770 amp) and it was very good, but I had no experience with amd. I read bad comments about its drivers and that it is not suitable for coding.

I have also seen the Zotac GeForce RTX 2060 6GB GDDR6 ZT-T20600H-10H Could be another choice.

Any idea about these gpu's? thanks.

You don't need anywhere near that powerful of a graphics card for a streaming PC, even something cheap like a used GTX1050 or GTX1050ti will be more then enough.
