Question GPU fragments in discord

So i left my pc idle for a few hours, came back home turn on discord and this happend: Picture and it was going crazy only in discord, when i alt tabbed desktop didnt have this, i tab back to discord this was happening. After pc restart everything went back to normal i played a bit of halo infinite and it didnt come back. Im scared that this is my GPU dying or is it just weird discord glitch, i saw few posts online ppl having similar issue with discord but im still not sure is it gpu. My gpu is RTX 2070 super.

psu should be ok.
check the gpu temp? maybe the fan wasn't running on idle

Its not running untill 60 degrees, but it doesnt make sence that its gpu temp since i didnt start any games before glitch that day, it was idle only, and in games max teml i get is like 73 degrees.
