Question GPU freeze GTX1650 OC

Hi guys, My PC recently froze and I don't know the reason why. It is not completely frozen as I can interact with Task manager and manually refresh the monitoring display. It says here that the 3D and copy graph is at 100% while the video encode and decode was at -1%.
I was playing MV's of off YouTube using Chrome and the music suddenly stopped. I was using my JBL Go speaker on Bluetooth. I checked google and it was frozen but I can switch windows through the taskbar below. Task Manger was not refreshing but I can refresh it manually. I did it a bunch of times and got the results attached below. I can also switch tabs Inside task manager and decided to end Chrome in the interest of fixing it but it did nothing. I don't know how to troubleshoot GPUs as this is my first PC. Can anyone please help?

Sometimes, display also tears and leads to black screen but it comes back.

NVME ADATA SX8200PNP ssd
1tb barracuda.
750w truerated silverstone PSU

GPU drivers up to date? What BIOS is your motherboard currently running?

I assume that the GPU drivers are up to date since device manager says so. BIOS 2407 according to hw info
