Hello good people,
I am having strange freeze in games and I noticed while I have Vsync off. While vertical sync is ON I didn't have any of these problems. When Vsync is off I can barrely move my mouse on a game the GPU usage is 0 with 1 fps, while vsync is on for the moment seems stable.
I upgraded my PC 2 weeks ago with Gigabyte gtx 980 ti G1 and Asus ROG PG279Q, everything was fine don't had this problem with vsync off and on. The problem was my PSU(CX 750w) which started to BUZZ like hell, so I decided to change it with an Super Flower 850w 80+ Platinum and I plugged in an extra ssd.

On 3dmark I had an score of 15k now I am having only 12k and with Furmark I get only 75 fps stable on 1440p 144hz resolution/refresh.
The temps are fine GPU idle 35º and underload 70º / CPU idle 28-30º and underload 60º.
I did a clean install of nvidia drivers and reinstalled them but the problems still persists.

Mobo: Asus Z97 Pro Gamer
CPU: i5 4670k 3.4ghz and oc sometimes to 4.4 with 1.23v(I get same coil from oc and non-oc)
GPU: GTX 980 ti gigabyte G1 stock OC
RAM: 16gb(8gb dual) Kingstone 1600MHz
Cooler: Hyper 212 EVO
HDD: Western Digital 7200rpm 1tb
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 256gb / 850 EVO 500GB
PSU: Super Flower 850w 80+ Platinum.

After upgrading the PSU I am getting no more buzz sounds, everything sounds perfect, except it seems like I lost performance or an GPU fault.

Thanks and waiting your solutions if I can solve this.

I used DDU for clean installation, 1354 Core CLOCK speed, Memory Clock 3506.
I have freeze sceen now even with vsync on.
Don't know what to do anymore, because I don't belive this can happen only because I changed the PSU with a better one and added a new SSD.

On idle is 0-5% usage, but it doesn't crash. I can move the mouse and the game moves, but it moves at 1fps almost freezes, but it doesn't crash i keep it like this for half hour and stil didn't crash.

You dont have your old Card to test with?

Alot of ppl would say, that the PSU was at fault, since its a CX750

Here is what I found so far.
I run 2 monitors 1440p 144hz and 1080p 60hz.
If I run it fullscreen on the 1440p with vsync off G sync on the games moves like shit like in the video I posted before. With vsync on runs on 144hz.
If I run it fullscreen on the 1080p with sync off no Gsync I get 200fps and with vsync on I get 60fps how is supposed to be.
The problems seems to be something between Gsync vsync off on the 1440p monitor.
Strange thing is that it worked perfectly before the psu upgrade and I can say I was getting more with the old psu, but I am not saying it is a PSU problem.
I don't know what to do anymore I will make a clean install of windows if it doesn't work I will get the gpu at store.
