Just built a new PC, monitor black screens when I try to boot the PC with the GPU connected to the PCIEx16 slot. However when I unplug the GPU from the PCIE slot, the PC is able to boot to BIOS with CPU integrated graphics.
GPU fans and LEDs turn on and spin when i turn on the PC. Hence im not sure what is happening here, anyone got any ideas?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

While on the iGPU, can you check and see what BIOS version you're on at the time of writing? As for your PSU, have you tried working with another known working, reliably built 650W unit?
The mobo bios ver is F5, as for PSU, i dont have a spare one with me so nope have not tried.

Have you checked in the bios to see if the card has been detected? Also check the video options In the bios and make sure boot option is pcie graphics and not onboard gpu. I never normally have to do this bit Ive never had a cpu with integrated gpu. If you don't have a spare psu laying around you can always disconnect the pcie power connectors from the card and then power on the pc. You should instantly be presented with a black screen and a message telling you to connect the pcie power cables to rule out inadequate power from the psu.

when the card is connected on the mobo, i cant boot into bios, screen is just black, so i cant even tell if the card is being detected or not. when the card is taken out, it is able to get to the bios page though...
