Question GPU + GeForce Issues

Recently installed a new EVGA G5 850W PSU using the provided cables. Everything powered on, but GeForce Overlay shows that the GPU Clock, Memory Clock, Temp and Power/Voltage are stuck at one value whether I am idle or playing a game. Using MSI Afterburner, it doesn't show the GPU voltage at all either. Have reinstalled GeForce Experience and am updated to the latest drivers. I don't notice any performance issues while playing games, but still want to figure this issue out to avoid damaging any components if my GPU is truly not getting enough power.

Any idea what my issue could be?

Computer Specs:
Ryzen 7 5800X
ASUS TUF 4070ti Super
2x16 GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance Ram
Gigabyte 570 GamingX Mobo

I've noticed this overlay issue on many systems. Try downloading this app, NVIDIA FrameView.

Note. If the "NVIDIA FrameView SDK" service is not enabled, then you need to enable it in Windows services/Services.msc, and then restart your PC.

You could also try using DDU, or even the Nvidia Cleanup tool as an option, for a clean re-installation of the GPU drivers, but these are not guaranteed to work, but give it a try, if not done yet.

Also, try pressing ALT+R while in-game.
