I have a GEForce RTX 2070 graphics card. When I am playing games, from Rocket League to Warzone, I hear my computer get loud for a few seconds every so often, I assume it is coming from the graphics card fans kicking up. After a few seconds though they go back to normal speed and the computer is quiet again. Is this something that I could possibly change in the BIOS?

Thank you

Solution
No. Put a custom fan curve into Afterburner. Defgault fan settings have "hysteresis" in them - turn on harder at 70 degrees, fan cools it down, then it gradually ramps up again to 70 degrees where it repeats.
