Gpu gets very hot when watching videos and sometimes just idling.

So the title explains most of the problem, however it only just started when watching videos but now even when I'm just idling i can reach up to 85 degrees and i know that can't be right, as it not even a stock AMD cooler. And just as a side note my core and memory clock always is high when the GPU is abnormally high and the load stays very low 0-10%. And I was just wondering what could be the cause of the high clocks.

Hello... Are you using any "over clocking" apps? try disabling them or un-installing them, and see if your clocks go back down.

I've done that and it's made no difference so I'm going to try and uninstall my AMD drivers and then try it with and older version and see if that works.

Turns out that reinstalling the drivers fixed the problem, as the clock speeds are no longer locked at full. No clue what caused the problem in the fist place just glad it's fixed.
