No, I'm looking at the temps with CPUID HWMonitor, my CPU is about 30 degrees on idle and the GPU is 70. Should I consider replacing the case? The airflow in my case isn't great, as the case is really small and compact.

Check your system processes, I once had a rogue process running, eating GPU cycles, running my GPU to 80C. I ran Housecall (TrendMicro Scanner) and it found it as malware and killed it.

My case is REALLY small, so I'm going to be getting an NZXT Phantom 240 which will provide much better air flow and installing water cooling for both my GPU and CPU.
