I just bought a new motherboard, cpu, and ram to upgrade my computer. I have built many pcs in the past and plugged everything into the correct place but the monitor is saying no signal. I have
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME H510M-E
GPU: MSI 1660ti
CPU: intel i5-10600k
Ram: Corsair vengeance ddr4 8gb X 2
Power supply: 500 bronze
Drive: Previously working SSD

all of the fans in the case, gpu, cpu and the case LEDS are all working

Did you try disconnecting the ssd, especially if it has a windows installation from previous hardware? With no drives connected does it boot to bios? If you can get into the bios, you would next try booting from any self-booting usb containing a windows installer or linux distro or any self-booting utilities. You may simply need to reinstall windows based on the hardware changes you made. If you still cannot get to bios did you try booting without a gpu just in case your gpu doesn't get along with your current bios and the bios needs to be updated?

Just tried booting up without SSD, gpu, and both got nothing on the monitor. This is using an hdmi cable to a monitor I was just previously using
