GPU Goes into overdrive randomly while browsing the internet!

I was had a few programs open, itunes ect
watching SOuth Park on Chrome and suddenly my GPu goes to into overdrive, scaring the life out of me!
next time it happend, like 10 minuets later, i had MSI and Open hardware monitor open and noticed that the GPU temp, fan speed and usage stayed the same, but the fan tachmeter goes up to like 3000!

ive tried to clean the GPu for dust, but it wasnt very dusty!

Could be that south park is using flash or another GPU optimized player for the video decoding.

maybe,
it did it recently when i wasnt on the player :/
i think it was when i was on Toms Hardware

okay, after about 5-10 minutes of browsing with several tabs open and listening to itunes, there (fingers crossed) seems to be no more issues.
