Question Gpu grinding noise?

I have a gtx 1060 graphics card that has been working fine for the abt 2 years and just recently started making a loud grinding noise. It doesn’t always make the noise but probably abt 60-70 percent of the time it does. Sometimes when i play games or even sometimes when my Pc isn’t running anything, doesn’t seem to be a pattern to it. Any solutions to fix this as it really gets annoying?

Also a new thing started happening today where the gpu fan stutters for a second and makes a twinkling noise.

I just ran ms i afterburner and noticed that the noise started happening when temp was rising and it would stop when it was declining. Strange because i had it running while sitting on the desktop. It would vary from about 70-83 C just back and forth.
