GPU gtx 1050 Ti 4GB OC from Palit fps problems

Hello, asking for some help with my graphics card.So I took it out to try my older GPU and it wouldn’t start up sobI pit my 1050 Ti back, it started up all nice everything worked okay, then I launched up BF4 and earlier I had fps locked to 61 with no lag at Ultra, now it only gets 20-30 fps in Ultra.All my other games (CSGO,ETS2) run with no lag at max settings.

MSI H110M PRO-D
Gtx 1050Ti 4gb dual OC
Ballistix Sport 1x8 GB
120GB Kingston SSD+500GB HDD
EVGA 650+ PSU

Maybe someone can help me out, this build is 3 weeks old and I assembled it myself, thanks!

Check CPU clock speed and temperature when gaming, see how hot it gets.

So while playing CSGO at max graphics, CPU is 56C and GPU 42C
BF4 at max(64 player conquest) CPU 59C and GPU 61 and the motherboard got abnormay warm at 61C, that doesnt happen in other games+the fps doubled and became sort of playable at 60-100 fps but still had minor stutter that was absent earlier and the map textures are flickering and loading in while I can see them

ETS2 at full max CPU52C and GPU52C

I’m not auite sure as how to find my clock speed assuming it’s not 3.0GHz

Is the monitor plugged into the graphics card? Not the motherboard.

Graphics card, the mo-bo has no HDMI

Anything that could have changed since it losing performance? Any new programs installed? Hardware changes?

Nope, power off, psu off, cables out, removed gpu, new gpu(didnt start up, probably broken), 1050ti back in, booted up perfectly
