Question Gpu has power but won’t give image neither the fan will spin

Hey guys I have a problem I own an asus 1060 6GB Turbo and it has a problem some times when I try to open my pc the fans won’t turn on and It won’t give any image when I leave the card out of power suddenly it wakes up please help

Take it out of the motherboard/unplug the whole pc from the electricity

I tried the gpu to another gaming rig but this happens again so it is not the psu fault neither the ram or the cpu
