Question GPU has to be underclocked to not crash and can't run new games only old ones and has minimal artifacting ?

I can set max frequency up to 90 percent in radeon settings if I lower voltage and power to the lowest setting and it gets around 17500 score on furmark 1080 preset with almost no artifacting, but when I open new games like Doom Eternal, CS2, and Ori Will of The Wisps it stutters every second in the menu and black screens, and when I open older games like CSGO and This War of Mine it runs perfectly. Also, Overwatch 2 runs for a minute or two in game and then crashes my computer.
