[SOLVED] GPU HDMI NO SIGNAL PROBLEM

Basically I just bought a new GPU the GT 1030 2GB LOW PROFILE, when I input my hdmi to the moniter it says "no signal". The first time i turned it on with my gpu the hp logo came up and then it went to no signal. What should i do?

Intel i5 3470
8GB ram
Windows 10
500gb space

What is the make and Model number of your Motherboard ? Clear/reset the BIOS/CMOS settings and then try again inserting the GT 1030.
