I have a major problem that is making me furious..

I have a GTX 1050ti OC 4GB with a 450w Power Supply, Corsair 270r Case
and a ASRock H310M-HDV Motherboard.

The GPU is brand new received a couple of weeks ago, I recently built it today and the fans are spinning and temperatures are normal, the mother board HDMI works perfectly fine, but with the GPU I get a noticeable error saying "No Signal."

Im so confused and it'll be great if someone could help me, kind regards

Yes, I did change it to PCI Express But This GPU doesn't run off a PCI cable, it runs off the mother board (don't know if it makes a difference i'm just questioning

It easily should be able to run the GPU as it is one of the less energy hungry GPU's. Im not made of PC's I have only got one...

I don't think so. If the 450W PSU does not have enough Amp on the +12V rail, it can't power up the gtx1050ti oc, even the GPU does draw less power. Check your PSU +12V rail to see what Amp it has.

If your cpu has iGPU, remove the gtx1050ti oc, use onboard iGPU. Also what cpu did you have?

I also found this, http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3292279/450w-asus-gtx-1050ti.html

Because your cpu has the iGPU, try to boot the PC with the onboard iGPU.

If the PC can boot, then after shut down the PC, open the case to check the PSU to see how much Amp is on the +12V rail. If the PC does the same, check the CPU socket to see there is any bent pin or not.

How do I check? could you send me a link to some instructions, it would be appreciated.
So I have to take the whole thing apart and check if there is a bent pin? but the ting is if the motherboard display is and there is a bent pin I don't think it would work, correct?
