Question Gpu heat concerns

My EVGA 750 ti that I threw in an old dell computer is hitting up to 120 Farenheight while gaming. Should I be concerned about this? It isn't ever overheating, but it shouldn't run that hot.
Should I take off the side panel? I don't have any way to add fans to a dell case
(It is not overclocked and I have not changed the fan settings in MSI Afterburner)

120°F is only 49°C and is a good temp for a gpu. No need to start worrying till about 90°C(194°F).

Ok, Thanks for the information. I was just concerned because I knew it wouldn't have good thermals in a dell case
