Question GPU heatsink turning bluish from heat (maybe)

My brand new gpu heatsink is turning bluish like the metals when they are heated and they turn a rainbow colour.

Is this normal by any chance? Temps look okay to me while gaming.

Are you sure there's not a blue LED lighting up the Geforce logo from behind?

Nah, found what it was. It was just some sort of silicon lubricant applied on the heatsink to stop it from rusting in storage. Because when i used isopropyl alcohol and a qtip to wipe it on 1cm² area it went away.
