Question GPU Help

My friend has a 1080 and gets 350 fps while streaming on high and low settings and i get around 200 with one application open.

I am struggling to get over 200 fps on Fortnite on low settings.

Is my CPU bottle necking my GPU? I think that's the wright terminology.

his cpu is a bit better but not 100+ frames better

Lutfij raised a good point too - what graphical and monitor settings are you running at?
77 Background processes is probably normal as most of them will be windows services, but it depends what the processes are and how much resource they are using.

i haven't messed with these settings because I don't know what to change, so in other words they are on the default settings
