Question Gpu help!!

Recently I got gta and watched a video with the same specs my rig can run gta at mixed high and very high but my gpu always stays at 50% while cpu always is hovering around 80-70%
System specs
I5 4690
Gtx 1050 ti
H81me mobo
Crucial 8 gb ram
1.2 tb hdds
120gb ssd
Thermal take 700w

I highly doubt you saw the exact same specs but even if you did, there have been patches, windows updates, driver updates, bios updates and other things that have changed.
It would be better if you mention also fps, windows version, temps and if the ram is 1 or 2 sticks
