so i notice that my gpu hotspot is high around 80c but the gpu temp is 60c, is it bad and will its cause a thermal throttling?
i overclock Gpu and increasing the fan speed
my room temp is around 30-32 C😅😅

For your overclock and setup, you're fine. Though one thing, I think the two fans on the side where the motherboard tray is, seems to be recycling internal case air. If you had the fans on the other end of the frame, the fans would draw in cooler ambient air from outside the case, as they're located closer to the side panel.

For the sake of relevance, can you state what parameters you changed and by how much?

Make and model of your case and the number and orientation of your fans in said case?

so i change gpu clock min and max, voltage, vram clock, and power limit

stock
1 . Gpu clock
min 700 mhz
max 2750 mhz
2. volt 1150
3. vram clock 1750 mhz
4. power limit 0% or 100w

oc
1 . Gpu clock
min 500 mhz
max 2850 mhz
2. volt 1085
3. vram clock 1810 mhz
4. power limit 20% or 120w
