GPU, High % weird or not? (No OC)

So im just asking a opinion.

To give a random game..
War Thunder Max quality = 60/70FPS
Battlefield 4 High = 50/60FPS

I got a GTX660 and whenever i game the precentage goes up to 99%
is that wierd or ok?

GPU-Z:
GPU Temps: (~15minutes of gaming) 62
Memory Used: 1097MB
GPU Load: 99%

I don't know to much about GPU's but was wondering if this is normal as my CPU is just around 40-60% while gaming.

That is normal. It just shows that you are using 99% of the gpu so that is a good thing when your cpu is around 40% - 60%. You are using the most of your gpu without putting much strain on the cpu.
There is nothing to worry about. Temperature are also fine.
