I'm getting a new GPU and have noticed another problem once again. The SATA cables located right below my motherboard seems to be too short for the graphics card so it will end up hitting it and so the GPU won't go in. Is there a fix for this? Or am I fine? The SATA cables the the 3 red and 1 white slots located below.

What GPU?

If GPU cooling solution obstructs some sata ports, then those ports will be unavailable. You'll have to connect your drives to remaining sata ports.
