[SOLVED] GPU hitting 70-71 degrees on CSGO?

What case? What fans? Fan setup layout? What GPU (not just 2060, tell me the whole model like 2060 rog strix)

Edit: On games like Rocket League, FIFA 19, GTA San Andreas my GPU doesn't hit anything over 61. On GTA my temp stays at 39 degrees, at Fifa it goes up to 60, at Rocket league, no more than 55.

My case is Polar Light v2, the fans are Floston, I have two fans at the front. My GPU is ASUS Geforce GTX 1660S.

What FPS do you get in these games? GTA 39 rocket league 55 is so odd. Are your drivers updated?

In GTA San Andreas, not 5, I get 60 fps because it's capped. In rocket league, the same thing. I cap my fps because I get screen tearing. I think my drivers are updated too.

Edit: I think it doesn't even hit 50 on Rocket League. It's just odd that I get 70-71 when I play CSGO. I can try to cap my FPS to reduce that.

Try using DDU to uninstall all gpu drivers completely, and then reinstall the latest one from the Nvidia website. Don't use geforce experience, and if you do use the custom installation that deletes the old drivers and installs new freshly

That is not hot for a video card everything is fine.
Their nothing you need to do.

Your temps are fine their no reason to do anything until you get to the low/mid 80's

This is true. But I still find it odd that CS has higher temps than Rocket league. Especially with an fps cap

He never said CSGO was caped.
Their absolutely nothing wrong with the temps.

Never try to fix something that's not broke.
If his temps were high but their not the first thing to do is set a custom fan curve so the GPU fans hit 100% at a lower temp

Those cards can run low 80's with no problems not a clue who told you 70 was hot.

That's good. Doe I have a problem with GTA 5 and games like Mafia Definitive Edition. My GPU gets really hot, it has reached 88-89 before. I don't quite know what's the problem, but cooler games run really well. Do you have any advices?
