My GPU used to idle at 30c, now it always idles at 55c.
My CPU idles at 39c also.

My rig:
Windows 8.1
GTX 760 2GB
I5 4440 3.3GHz
PNY XLR8 120GB SSD
2x 1TB HDD
Corsair CX600M PSU

It is winter and we do have to heat on, but we keep it around 70f-72f.
It's been a couple of months since I've cleaned it my computer, So maybe that's it?
What do you guys think? Is this safe idle temps and is it normal for a big increase like that?

Cleaning would be the first step to do, yes. Be careful you don't damage anything in the process. Always touch some bare metal before reaching into the PC. If you use compressed air, do it gently. Don't blast anything.

How much continuous use does the system get?

Right on the money! I forgot I had changed it a week ago. As soon as i turned it off and rebooted, my temps dropped to 37c on my GPU and CPU!

Thanks for the help guys!!!!
