Question GPU idle temperature

Hello my 1060 Phoenix is idling at 38-40C with fans at 55% all the time with custom fan curve.
Ambient room temperature is around 33C.
I had another card before same model but it ran cooler by 5 degrees but had to rma it as it gave artifacts in game and this is a refurbished like new from RMA.
So is this 5degree increase both in idle and load alright?

Motherboard temp at same time is 34C
CPU temp is 33C
PCIe Slot temp is 34C

Is that the single fan card from Asus? The idle temp seems about right based on the ambient temperature of the room. That's pretty warm in there.

As long as load temps are within spec I wouldn't worry too much about idle temps. They do seem pretty decent for how hot it is in your room, as it's only idling 5ish degrees above ambient. If I was you I'd do anything possible to get room ambient lower, that's crazy hot.

Nothing can be done, if I put the PC in thr room with AC internet speeds go vamoosh
