GPU Incorrect BIOS

I bought a refurbished sapphire RX 570 8gb a few months ago and every piece of software it shows up as an RX 580. I am assuming that the previous owner as flashed an incorrect bios as the bios switch has been removed from the gpu. Question is will i encounter any issues in the future should i flash the correct one or just leave as id much prefer the latter but would do the former if necessary.

So i Have done a bit of research and found the bios flashed is for the rx 570 over on tech power up. My Bios is 113-2E366DU-S4L should i flash to a newer registered one or not?

Flashed the latest bios from techpowerup but system is still stating rx 580.
