Using Samsung and TSMC would mean two completely different plans in making chips based on same architecture.
It is possible but much more expensive. The good part would be increase in production capasity. I am not willing to believe this rumor yet. (Only if 5700 is Also made by Samsung, but there Are not any proves about that)
