Hi, I have not been able to use my GPU since last week, all I did is clean my computer and BOOM.
not working.

I declared it as dead, but just now, I tried it again, with no display, I tried to login to my windows and I tried to play a music, and I HEARD MUSIC, so I thought is it sill alive ?

I don't know if it is the monitor... is it ? or just a hardware problem ? software problem ? is it because windows 8.1 ?

core i5 3470
hd 5570
4gb
500gb hdd

Is the card seated in the PCI-E slot all the way? Is the display cable plugged in all the way? Is your monitor on the right display setting? As an example my monitor can switch between dvi and vga.

Make sure:

Card is correctly seated in PCI-E slot
Wires from the PC go directly into the GPU, not the mobo
If the card doesn't seem to be working, remove the GPU, use integrated graphics for the display and go into the bios, maybe try checking the default video option like dddingggiii said
Oh and it's not because of Windows 8.1

And usually there are buttons on your monitor, one should be a menu button, press that one and use the arrow buttons on the monitor to find change the input if it's wrong
