Question GPU is causing screen artifacts ?

Hello. Today I am having a weird problem where my mouse pointer is being replaced by 2 lines. Sometimes the mouse pointer would also glitch out and be bigger. This problem started to happen after I was playing helldivers 2 and the whole computer turned off. When I turned it back on, these glitches started to happen. I have rebooted the computer several times and that did not fix the problem.

I also ran a system stability test on AIDA64, and it ran for 18 seconds then poof, the whole computer turned off.

The GPU I am using is a Dell GeForce RTX 3060 Ti LHR (I got the GPU during the time when you couldn't get GPUs and the only way was to buy a pre-built, so I took the GPU from there). This is only starting to happen now.

If you would like me to provide anything else I would be more than willing to because this is starting to annoy me. Thank you.

This problem started to happen after I was playing helldivers 2 and the whole computer turned off.
A PC will shut off abruptly, without warning, for two reasons;
1| An overheating issue
or
2| Your PSU is incapable of powering the system when taxed.

The GPU I am using is Dell GeForce RTX 3060 Ti LHR (I got the GPU during the time when you couldn't get GPUs and the only way was to buy a pre-built, so I took the GPU from there). This is only starting to happen now.
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Would be a good idea to see if the card has dust/debris clogging the vents on the GPU, impeding it's heatsink's heat dissipation capability.

Use GPU-Z to see if any fields show up with a zero(0) and if you see any errors flagged in Device Manager.
