Question Gpu is dead???

Ok so for the past like 4 hours I've been trying stuff and according to what Ive checked it seems that my gpu was overheating as I was gaming as the performance decreased over time and then it turned off after a restart. I have the gpu set for my display and I can see my display normally but in task manager it still says that my gpu is at 0 percent and there is no activity done by it.

Yah but in games the gpu barely runs and after checking both my gpu and cpu have an average temp of 65 but I can hear the fans audibly running and the bottom of the laptop isn't heating up or anything
