gpu is giving strange noise

noise change when games run at 60 fps [video="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GkiCBmvC6U&feature=youtu.be"][/video]
gpu rx480 sapphire nitro oc+
supply cooler master G 700 w
it only happens when i play games
is it coil whine ? if yes then how can i deal with it ?

when was the last time you did some spring cleaning inside your PC? if you dont have experience in cleaning dust out of fans and heatsinks you can always google or youtube it. and try again if the noise goes away. and be very careful when cleaning tho. unplug your powersupply and turn it off before you do anything.

i tried to clean pc and its still there i even tried to turn off gpu fan but sadly its still there ...

what are your temps on your GPU? are you using a 3rd party software to boost/oc your gpu? sounds like your fans are running at full speed.
you can download HWmonitor to check on temps and rpm fans speeds of your gpu

71-74 temps and fans running at 20-23%
and as i said i record these sound with fan running at 0% and i didnt even overclock gpu ..

Seems like you got a faulty GPU. Doesn't seem like coil whine to me. Try contacting the GPU manufacturer.
