Question GPU is not performing as expected

Recently I updated my graphics card, as old one was lacking in performance for the newer games. So I went ahead and upgraded my GTX 660 with RTX 2060. Initially I saw some improvement in some AAA titles , but the games like DOTA 2 that used to run in 60 fps constantly with my old gpu started performing worse. Sometimes they work as they should , I mean I get ~60 fps but after 2-3 games its starts degrading. Also older games like Borderlands 2 , and Sekiro should work flawlessly with this card are also stuttering. I am not sure what went wrong here. My others Specs are :
Processor=Core i7 3770
RAM=8 GB ram
PSU=550W
HDD-= 2tb
SSD=128GB

Yes I have done that, I even got a driver updated yesterday, Didn't help with the problem.
