Hi guys, i recently bought a pc:
GTX 1060 6GB OC from MSI
Ryzen 7 1700
8gb of ram at 2400mhz
Asrock AB350m Pro4 motherboard
Seasonic S12II-520 bronze 520W PSU.
I'm using MSI Afterburner and I found out that my GPU is not running at it's full power. I saw a lot of benchmarks tests on yt before buying this(in games) and i noticed the GPU was running around 95%-99% and mine is doing just 40%-80% in the same games. That causes me FPS drops and i can't solve this problem.
I hope you can help me with this.

Solution
Is that 8gb RAM a single stick? If so, that's a big part of your problem. You really need a 2x4(2x8gb preferred) in 3000mhz or higher for best performance. Right now your CPU is being held back by slow, probably single channel RAM which in turn holds back the GPU.
