Hello, I have a new PC that has an Inno3D GeForce RTX 3060 8GB TWIN X2 GPU.

It can run cs go smoothly, but some pc starts it isn’t. (So I need to reboot the pc to fix that)

I'll add some photos that may help you understand.

I’m using fps_max 400.

Update:

I think that I’ve recognised when it happens.

I’m turning off the pc screen when the pc isn’t turned on.
Whenever I start the pc, I’m starting the pc screen too.
I’ve noticed that when I’m turning on the pc screen at “late time” (when the pc gets to windows login screen), the problem happens.

On the other hand, when the pc screen turned on before pc (/before pc gets to windows login screen) everything works properly.

Assuming this is the cause of the problem, is it possible? Is it considered as a problem?

Thank you.
