gpu is running really hot. any ideas why?

i am using a evga gtx 1070 blower edition and its been getting hot lately. especially after i play a game of fortnite but not as hot after LoL. I have two exhaust fans (one in the back and one at the top) and a kraken x62 on my cpu. of course on the radiator (which is mounted vertically) there are also two fans as intakes. im not sure why this is happening (maybe fortnite just takes a lot out of the gpu?) but if there is a solution to this, it would be appreciated. oh and my tower is a S340. not elite just s340.

Well your CPU is benefiting from fresh cool air. This is going through the radiator and picking up the heat dissipated from your processor. Now this hot air is travelling to your blower to also cool your GPU. How hot is your GPU getting?

like too hot to even touch it honestly. none of my parts are getting as hot as my graphics card though, if you would like i can post the temps when i get the chance from the CAM software provided by NZXT.
