Hi, so I got an EVGA GTX 1050 Ti along with a new PSU, case and cpu cooler and replaced my old GPU (Gt 640), now when I start my computer it takes me to the acer screen then the windows logo with the loading, and after a while the screen starts showing weird, small, glitchy-looking pixels that are different colors. I tried plugging in my old GPU and it booted properly (meaning the problem doesn’t lie within the other new parts). The case fans and led all turn on but the gpu fan’s don’t (if that helps). Does anyone know what’s causing the problem?

Solutions I’ve tried:
-Using a brand new DVI-D cable
-Using a different monitor

Specs:
Processor: Intel i7-3770
Motherboard: Acer Aspire M3970
Old GPU: Zotac Gt 640
New GPU: Evga Gtx 1050
PSU: Thermaltake Smart 750W

Usualy graphic corruption/artefacts like that are caused by a faulty GPU, if you plugged in your old gpu and the graphic corruption/artefacts are gone, then its the new card thats the problem.
